This policy describes how Hosaka Corporation ("Hosaka", "we") handles personal information received through hosakacorporation.com and in the course of our business with customers, partners, suppliers and job applicants. Our subsidiaries publish their own notices where local law requires.

We collect the information you give us when you write to us or apply for a position: your name, organization, contact details and the content of your message. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising technologies, and our servers do not keep logs that identify individual visitors beyond the period needed to protect the service.

We use personal information to answer enquiries, to provide products, repairs and support, to manage business relationships, to consider job applications and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We share personal information within the Hosaka Group, and with service providers who handle it for us under contract, only as needed for the purposes above.
