Hosaka Corporation announced today that its Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Ryoichi Tanabe, currently Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer, as Representative Director, President and CEO, subject to his re-election as a director at the 70th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 23, 2022.
Takahiro Hosaka, currently Representative Director, President and CEO, will become Chairman of the Board.
