On March 18, 2025 (U.S. Central Time), our U.S. subsidiary Hosaka America, Inc. detected unauthorized access to a server used for its customer support portal. The subsidiary immediately disconnected the server from the network and began an investigation with an external specialist.
At present, there is no indication that the access extended to other Group systems. We will announce the results of the investigation as soon as they are available.
